Our late summer jam, warmed up to see us through the Winter with a hint of ginger, cinnamon & orange zest. This is neither sweet nor savoury and would sit well on a cheeseboard as well as your morning toast. Made by hand in the traditional way by Mum - Marms owner Clare - with whole fruit in small batches on her Aga in Bakewell.
